Garden City, N.Y. - Junior Mike Mosby (Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) and sophomore Mary Lepore (Manhasset, N.Y.) have been named Adelphi's Athletes of the Week for the week of December 13, 2005.

Mosby helped the Panthers to a 2-0 week by averaging 10.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and two steals a game. Mosby had his best game against Bridgeport, scoring 16 points, 10 in the first half, and pulling down seven rebounds to help Adelphi to a 68-33 win.

The Panthers return to action on Wednesday, December 14 when they take on NYIT at 7:30 pm in Woodruff Hall.

Lepore scored a career-high 22 against Mercy in posting her third double-double of the season (11 rebounds). Lepore also averaged 8.7 rpg for the week and leads the NYCAC at 10.0 rpg.

The Panthers return to action on Wednesday, December 14 when they play host to NYIT at 5:30 pm.
